5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return/Exchange Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within the specified period (7 days) from the date of delivery, subject to item condition. 

Condition of Returned Items: Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, customized apparel,  may not be eligible for return unless defective upon delivery.
